EU PEERS Capacity Building in Milan
On 14 November 2024, from 2-5pm, the third Active Learning workshop of the "Roberto Moneta Summer School” on energy efficiency will take place in the City Council Hall of Milan organized by EU Peers project partner ENEA in collaboration with ANCI.
The second session of the workshop will be dedicated to one-stop shops and other providers of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) and the opportunities offered by EU Peers. Participants will be representatives of Metropolitan City of Milan, Regione Piemonte and Envipark. It will be possible to compare different experiences and check the updates of the tools of metropolitan cities, such as the Deciwatt Service, and think about the role that large area entities can play in promoting local IHRS.
Patrizia Pistochini (ENEA) will present the activities of EU Peers.
Francesca Hugony (ENEA) will moderate a debate on the role of regional authorities for the promotion of local OSS
This will be the first Capacity Building meeting of the Italian network of IHRS developed by EU Peers. Starting this year, the seven communities launched by the project, including the Italian one, will transform the regular meetings planned within the national and transnational communities into real places of exchange and learning, always based on arguments shared and voted by the members of the Communities. The meetings are open to all interested parties, and the documentation produced will be made available through the HumHub platform to members of the Communities only.
The aim of Capacity Building is mainly to:
1. create and feed a national repository with documents useful for IHRS to implement their activity and go deep into specific topics (co-creation)
2. share experiences and create a relationship between IHRS (exchange)
3. increase knowledge of EU Peers NC members around the selected topics (learning)
