MultiHome

The MultiHome Integrated Home Renovation Service (IHRS) is a project run by the Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP). The MultiHome project started in November 2023, aiming to provide holistic energy services and consultations across the entire renovation journey. The IHRS operates as a cooperation model, bringing together citizens, public authorities, renovation businesses, and financial institutions. MultiHome targets single- and multifamily buildings, energy-poor households, vulnerable customers, and emerging energy communities in 18 municipalities across the Plovdiv region. The service is unique in its collaboration between local authorities that provide general renovation information and advice, a specialised office for technical consultations and project preparation, and a network of trusted providers that deliver high-quality renovation works. MultiHome's approach relies on a balanced cooperation, with well-defined responsibilities of all market actors to successfully deliver the renovation process.
