The document produced in the framework of the EU-funded project Save the Homes deals with the replication of the one-stop shop Citizen Hub models developed for the pilot cities (Valencia in ES, Rotterdam in NL). Two follower cities (Sant Cugat in ES, Ljubljana in SI) followed the Citizen Hub blueprint. The publication demonstrates how transfer and replication can run smoothly when the model is replicated in the same country or between EU countries.

Additionally, it has been noted that the initial intentions and ambitions for the extent of user support and project follow-up were higher than what was actually achieved

The UP-STAIRS Energy Service OSS Framework report presents a detailed design of a "One-Stop-Shop" model to simplify energy efficiency renovations in Europe: stakeholder roles, customer pathways, and financial models to reduce barriers to residential building upgrades. The report also evaluates existing service models to integrate best practices. It provides a framework for local pilot projects to make energy renovation accessible, particularly by offering guidance, coordination, and financial facilitation throughout the renovation process.

The Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH) Indicators provide essential data for understanding and addressing European energy poverty. This tool includes indicators related to income, energy expenditure, and housing conditions, helping local authorities, policymakers, and stakeholders identify vulnerable populations. By offering insights into the root causes and distribution of energy poverty, EPAH Indicators support targeted interventions and policy development to reduce energy inequality and improve living conditions for those most affected.

The Energy Poverty Observatory (EPOV) provides data, resources, and insights into energy poverty across Europe. It aims to assist policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders in understanding the scope and nature of energy poverty. EPOV includes a collection of data, reports, and case studies—best practices and policies to combat energy poverty and enhance energy access for vulnerable populations.
